In trying to find my perfect career, I also completed graduate programs in Human Resources & Industrial Relations and Health Communications. I recently took several classes in theology to further my understanding of spiritual growth and how it impacts identity and culture. I am a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional and Integrative Wellness coach because I want to help professional caregivers have healthy and long-lasting careers. Teaching others how to achieve wholeness and balance between their personal and professional life is my ultimate goal.
