Benefits of Group Coaching
Lower cost to individual members- An individual session with cost $150-$200, groups are $30-$65, making services more accessible.
Peer support- Groups offer an automatic tribe and accountability. There’s the opportunity to not only work with a certified coach, but to share and learn for other community members who are facing similar challenges.
When you don’t have much to say, there’s a good chance that someone else in the room will express exactly what you feeling and get the feedback you need to keep going.

A Journey to You: This 13-week live introductory transformation group is designed remove the roadblocks preventing you from living your dreams and loving life. It’s ideal for those who find themselves feeling stuck or unable to move forward due to a fear of failing, rejection, or not being good enough as well as those seeking accountability and support with their life goals. Cost: $600, include Transform Workbook. Deposit ($125) due at time of intake.
